How to know Dynamics/Dataverse entity/table data size with Power Platform Admin center

  • 1. Login to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ (Power Platform Admin center) 
  • On Left hand side Navigation select Resource option, here the environment is using the storage capacity and analysis with its table 
    • Click on Capacity, then Select Dataverse Option then it shows Environment total capacity bifurcated with database, File and Log uses and then click on the detail icon for more details
    • It will redirect to page where we get more details of Entity Size and by click on hamburger icon top corner it will download in a excel file where you can see all the entities are listed below along with its sized used in MB's/GB's
    • Download excel file will looks like this
